JDU REPRESENTATIVE TAKES PART IN “PROM NAWA REACHES EVERYWHERE” CONFERENCE

On 27 October 2026, dr Andrii Galaidin, Senior Specialist for International Cooperation at JDU's Department for International Cooperation, delivered a presentation at "The PROM NAWA Reaches Everywhere" conference, held at Warsaw University of Technology.

His presentation highlighted the University's achievements in implementing PROM projects, with particular emphasis on the most recent PROM 2024 project, which was the largest in terms of both the funding accounted for and the number of mobility activities completed, with a total of 182 outgoing and incoming mobilities.

Dr Galaidin expressed his appreciation to the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) for its support in implementing NAWA projects, as well as for the opportunity to apply for funding and present the outcomes of completed projects. He also emphasised the crucial role that mobility projects of this kind play in strengthening the University's internationalisation.

The conference brought together representatives of nearly 100 institutions, including public and private higher education institutions, institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences and research institutes, doctoral schools, organisations supporting academic mobility, institutions funding research, education and international cooperation, as well as domestic and international partners.

A recording of the conference is available here. Dr Andrii Galaidin's presentation begins at 1:11:21.
