FREE EXERCISE CLASSES FOR EVERYONE!

We are delighted to invite you to free exercise classes entitled “MY activity with JDU”.

The classes are organised in cooperation with MOJA Fizjoterapia and DMD ARENA CZĘSTOCHOWA.

The classes will be held on a regular basis every Saturday in September, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, at 4 Żużlowa Street in Czestochowa.

The initiative is being carried out as part of the COLOURS project.

Everyone interested in improving their physical fitness, as well as those looking for an enjoyable and interesting way to spend their time, is warmly invited to take part in the exercise classes.
