EXPERT SEMINAR “ENSURING THE CONTINUITY OF STATE FUNCTIONING IN CONDITIONS OF WAR THREAT AND WARTIME”

On April 9, 2026, an expert seminar entitled “Ensuring the continuity of state functioning in conditions of war threat and wartime” will take place in the building of the Faculty of Law and Economics of Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa. Participants will gather in Lecture Hall 1.01 at 2/4 Zbierskiego. The seminar will begin at 10:00 am.

The aim of the seminar is to hold an in-depth, interdisciplinary discussion on current security challenges. In particular, participants will reflect on the consequences of the situation in Ukraine for threats in the region, including cybersecurity, issues of international law, border protection, economic and social security, humanitarian aid, as well as the challenges of restoring and maintaining legislative continuity in Ukraine.

The event will provide an opportunity for a broad expert debate involving representatives of public security institutions, civil society, as well as academic staff and students of the University.
