The Polish legal system has developed AI-based solutions in public administration that are not yet known in Germany, while the German administrative system has introduced climate-friendly solutions in cities that require wider dissemination in Poland.

The objective of the research is to exchange experiences and prepare expert analyses on the following topics:
1 Administrative law possibilities for the use of artificial intelligence in public administration - Poland and Germany
2 AI and smart city solutions for mitigating the effects of climate change in local government in the Federal Republic of Germany and in Poland
It is essential to identify the legal frameworks governing the functioning of AI in systems used by public administration in the public services sector (including social security systems and pension schemes), as well as in climate protection and the use of AI in adapting society to climate change.
