JDU SIGNS COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH PRIMARY SCHOOL NO. 36 IN CZESTOCHOWA
Our University was represented by the Acting Rector, prof. Bogusław Przywora; the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, prof. Renata Barczyńska-Felusiak and lecturer Karolina Górnik-Horn, M.A. Primary School No. 36 was represented by its Headmistress, Aneta Całus, M.A.
The purpose of the agreement is to establish the principles of cooperation within the framework of Jan Dlugosz University’s patronage over sports and general education classes.
The cooperation aims to broaden students’ interests and deepen their knowledge in the fields of science, natural sciences, and physical education, as well as to enable university staff to conduct scientific research among the children, youth, and parents of Primary School No. 36 in Czestochowa.
The initiative also seeks to encourage young people to make healthy nutritional choices, engage in physical activity, and, in the future, consider studying at Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa. It further supports the exchange of teaching experience between school teachers and the university’s academic staff.
The signing of the agreement marks another step in strengthening JDU’s cooperation with educational institutions in the region.
