7. FITNESS MARATHON

The Department of Physical Education and Sport invites JDU staff and students to the 7th Fitness Marathon, which will take place on Friday, 28 November, from 9:45 am to 1:00 pm in the main hall of the Academic Sports Centre.

During the event, invited instructors and trainers will present their original training programmes, and between exercises, participants can enjoy special surprises. As part of promoting the University, students from high schools in Czestochowa will also take part in the event.
