DOCTOR HONORIS CAUSA TITLE FOR PROF. B. PRZYWORA
A delegation of staff members from the Faculty of Law & Economics of Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa made a study visit to the University of Pécs (Hungary). As part of the visit, the staff co-organised the 4th Hungarian-Polish scientific seminar on constitutional comparative law in the context of the mutual interaction of legal systems. During the seminar, the staff members delivered the following papers:
1) Prof. Dr. Hab. Bogusław Przywora, title: “Civil Service - Challenges and Direction Changes”,
2) Dr Mariusz Paradowski, LLM, title: “The Principle of the Separation of Powers in a Comparative Perspective of Hungary and Poland”,
3) Dr Aleksander Wróbel, LLM, title: “Too Blind to See - A Few Words About Blind Claims”,
4) Paweł Ruksza, MA, title: “Selected Principles of Local Government in the Polish and Hungarian Constitutions”.
A particularly special moment of this visit was the awarding of the highest honorary distinction of the University of Pécs – the title of Doctor Honoris Causa – to Prof. Bogusław Przywora. The scholar is currently serving as Acting Rector of Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa.
