RECEPTION AT CHINESE EMBASSY

On September 23, 2025, a reception was held in the halls of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Warsaw to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the PRC, combined with the commencement of the mission in Poland of His Excellency Lu Shan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

Among the guests was prof. Mikhail Brik from the Institute of Physics of our University, a laureate of the Chinese Government Friendship Award.

On behalf of the Acting Rector, Vice-Rector for Research, prof. Bogusław Przywora, prof. Brik conveyed to H.E. the Ambassador special congratulations and best wishes on this occasion. He also extended an invitation to H.E. Ambassador Lu Shan to visit our University. The invitation was initially accepted, reflecting the mutual interest in strengthening cooperation between our University and higher education institutions in the People’s Republic of China.
