JDU GAINS INTEREST OF FOREIGN CANDIDATES

As part of its consistently implemented internationalisation strategy, Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa is taking further steps to facilitate the recruitment of foreign students. At the headquarters of the Welcome Centre of JDU, we hosted representatives of the renowned Frank & Allies Global Solutions company – an international partner specialising in attracting candidates and supporting students in the implementation of their educational and professional paths around the world.

The visit ended with the signing of a Cooperation Agreement, which provides for joint activities in the field of promotion of theJDU’s educational offer among foreign candidates and support in the recruitment, administrative and visa processes. Aspects related to the relocation and adaptation of students in the new academic environment were also discussed.

The guests had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the infrastructure of the campus – they visited the faculties, the Academic Sports Centre, the Planetarium, the "Skrzat" Student Dormitory and the JDU Library. During their stay, they conducted an interview with the Vice-Rector for Cooperation and Internationalisation prof. Marcin Sosnowski, who presented the university's didactic offer in English and the activities undertaken to build a friendly environment for students from different parts of the world.

Cooperation with Frank & Allies Global Solutions is another step towards strengthening the position of JDU in the international arena and building an open, diverse and multicultural academic environment.
