The investment includes works aimed at adapting the thermal insulation of the building’s external partitions to current regulations.

New energy standards have been applied to improve the heat transfer coefficient of the building’s external walls, roofs and flat roofs, ground floor, as well as window and door joinery.

The main objective of the investment is to bring the building’s technical condition to a level that allows it to be used in accordance with its intended purpose and the required safety and occupational hygiene standards, while ensuring an economically efficient improvement in the building’s energy performance.
