MY ACTIVITY WITH JDU

MY Activity with JDU – Two Co-Space Meetings, Plenty of Positive Energy!

5 and 12 September 2026 saw two free physical activity sessions entitled “MY Activity with JDU”, held as part of Co-Space - a space for active cooperation with the social and economic environment, operating within WP4/9 of the COLOURS project. These two special Saturday sessions aimed to promote physical activity and raise awareness of the importance of physical culture and well-being.

The sessions are organised as part of JDU’s cooperation with its stakeholders, MOJA Fizjoterapia and DMD ARENA CZESTOCHOWA, and are open to residents of the region.

The sessions held every Saturday in September at Co-Space are a response to the needs of local residents, including representatives of the Quadruple Helix.

The first two meetings have already demonstrated that Co-Space is an excellent place for cooperation and integration between the academic community and representatives of the social and economic environment (Quadruple Helix), creating a space that encourages physical activity, integration and relationship-building.

This is just the beginning of our joint activities at Co-Space. We warmly invite you to follow our updates and stay tuned for reports on our upcoming initiatives.
