JDU STUDENT WILL TAKE PART IN EUROPEAN STUDENT ASSEMBLY 2025

We are happy to announce that Zofia Piwowarska, a second-year student of German Philology at our University, has qualified to participate in the European Student Assembly 2025 (ESA25), which will take place on May 26-28, 2025 in Strasbourg. The student will represent both Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa and the European University COLOURS Alliance together with representatives of four COLOURS partner universities: Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Paderborn University, University of Ferrara, University of Castilla-La Mancha. When asked why she applied to participate in ESA25, Zofia answered: 

- "This is an international conference in the European Parliament in Strasbourg, during which it will be possible to speak about the vision of young people about the future in the European Union. 

From among the various panels, I chose the first one called "Mentally (un)stable". In the era of the Internet, rapid development, and thus an excess of stimuli, more and more young people are struggling with mental problems. I would like to contribute to changes that will help us all function better in the environment around us. And to ensure that young people have the chance to enjoy life, to become successful and responsible EU citizens."
