175 DIPLOMAS, 175 NEW STORIES - GRADUATION AT FACULTY OF LAW & ECONOMICS
On 3 July 2026 at 1:00 pm, the Faculty of Law and Economics at Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa will host a ceremonial graduation at its main lecture hall, located at 2/4 Zbierskiego Street, where graduates of the Faculty will receive their diplomas.
The ceremony will mark the symbolic culmination of several years of study, hard work, challenges and academic achievement. A total of 175 graduates from the Faculty's four degree programmes will receive their diplomas: 35 in law, 73 in administration, 35 in economics, and 32 in accounting & taxation.
More than simply a diploma presentation, the event will celebrate the achievements of young people who are completing an important stage of their education and embarking on the next chapter of their professional lives. A special part of the programme will feature speeches by graduate representatives Bartłomiej Królak, Karolina Śpiewak, Zuzanna Mokras and Sebastian Świąć. Representing their respective degree programmes, they will reflect on how the knowledge and experience gained at the University provide a strong foundation for further personal growth, professional development and active engagement in society.
The ceremony will also recognise the Faculty's most outstanding graduates through the presentation of the Primus in Facultate, Praemium Pro Scientia, and Praemium Pro Ars Athletica awards. In addition, year representatives will be honoured for their responsibility, commitment and contribution to the academic community throughout their studies.
One of the most memorable moments of the ceremony will be the traditional tassel-turning ceremony, during which graduates move the tassel on their mortarboards from one side to the other - a symbolic gesture marking the transition from student to graduate. It is a tradition that beautifully combines academic heritage with pride, emotion and the joy of reaching an important milestone.
The event will be attended by the University's authorities, representatives of the Faculty, academic staff, invited guests, and the graduates' families and friends. The celebration will conclude with a group photograph and the traditional mortarboard toss, symbolising achievement, celebration and the beginning of a new journey.
It promises to be a day filled with pride, memorable moments and academic celebration - a day on which 175 graduates of the Faculty of Law and Economics will officially begin the next chapter of their professional and personal lives.
