FOOD PACKAGING WORKSHOP AT FST

On 15.05.2025 in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Science and Technology, the Food Packaging Workshop was held. The organiser on behalf of the Faculty were: Dean prof. Renata Barczyńska-Felusiak and Vice-Dean for Education and Student Affairs, dr Agnieszka Bąbelewska. The partner of the event was Center Gaz Sp. z o.o. The workshop brought together employees of the Faculty of Education, students of the following faculties: Dietetics, Food Production and Marketing, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as invited students from the M. Skłodowska-Curie Catering School Complex in Częstochowa and from the S. Żeromski Technical School in Częstochowa.

We had the opportunity to listen to interesting lectures, learn about practical solutions functioning in the field of food packaging technology on the market, by the invited companies:
• Center Gaz Sp. z o. o.
• Witt Polska Sp. z o.o.
• Jędryka Częstochowa Bakery
• Meat Processing Plant "MIDEX"
• the offer of the Laboratory of Environmental Research and New Materials of the Faculty of Environmental Testing of JDU.

The workshop was held under the patronage of the President of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Częstochowa, prof. Edmund Golis. Thank you very much for such a large participation! Looking forward to the next meetings!
